  • Calibration is traceable to an international, national, or original manufacturers standards (Calibration Procedure).
  • Management maintains Job Descriptions, Job Training, and Performance Reviews to ensure employees are competent (Human Resource Procedure).
  • Production and Incoming product is inspected against specifications (Quality Assurance Procedure).
  • Management personnel will ensure all external documents will be obtained, maintained and distributed as appropriate (Document Control Procedure).
  • Project Management distributes specifications  as early as possible to allow department(s) to plan for the project (Project Management Procedure).
  • Discrepant material is identified, controlled and otherwise protected against inadvertent use (Material Discrepancy Reporting Procedure).
