We manufacture plastic injection and structural foam molds with emphasis on high quality steel production tooling. The CAD-CNC handshake ensures great accuracy in the tooling we build, while reducing valuable lead time.

Our CNC machine tools are the heart of the tool room. The tool room is fully equipped with two, seventy-five foot span, twenty ton bridge cranes used for handling very large tools. The CNC machine tools use the most recent software and specifically include the following:

  • 1 MAHO 1000: 4 axis milling machine with vertical and horizontal spindles. This CNC machine is equipped with an auto B table.
  • 1 MAHO 1000: 3 axis milling machine, CNC control, with vertical and horizontal spindles. This CNC machine is equipped with an manual B table.
  • 2 MAHO 1000: 3 axis milling machines, CNC control, with vertical and horizontal spindles. These machines are equipped with screen graphics and rigid tables.
  • 1 MAHO 900: 4 axis milling machine with vertical and horizontal spindles. This CNC machine is equipped with an auto B table.
  • 1 MAHO 900: 3 axis milling machine, CNC control, with vertical and horizontal spindles and a manual B table.
  • 2 MAHO 700: 3 axis milling machines, CNC controls, with vertical and horizontal spindles and are equipped with rigid tables.
  • 1 MAHO 700: 4 axis driven rotary table with vertical and horizontal spindles. This CNC machine is equipped with an auto B table.
  • 1 MAHO 500: 4 axis milling machine, CNC control, with vertical and horizontal spindles is equipped with an auto B table.
  • 1 MAHOMAT: 3 axis vertical CNC machining center with tool magazine and changer.
  • 1 OOYA: RE-1M horizontal milling machine with Fanuc 6M CNC control, B axis control, two automatic shuttle tables, tool magazine and changer.
  • 1 OOYA: 2M-L vertical milling machine with a Fanuc 6M CNC control, tool magazine and changer.
  • 1 OKUMA: 6 VA CNC machining center with tool magazine and changer.
  • 1 DROOP & REIN: FS-130 GKE vertical. Large machining area (77' x 38" x 29") and 15,000 pound table capacity. The Heidenhain CNC control makes this machine very versatile.
  • 1 GIDDINGS & LEWIS: Die Mill 72" x 120" x 18" machining envelope with a Heidenhain CNC control and 50,000 pound table capacity.
  • 1 TOSHIBA: 4" Horizontal Boring Mill 48" x 55" x 40" B axis rotary machining envelope with Heidenhain CNC control and 10,000 pound table capacity.
  • 1 BOSTOMATIC 1000: 3 axis CNC controlled.
  • 1 SODIK: A5B electrical discharge machine (EDM) 5 axis capability, CNC control and a 12 position tool magazine and changer.
  • 2 LEBOND MAKINO: EDNC-85, EDM, 3 axis CNC control with a 16 position tool magazine and changer. The machining area is 48"x 32"x 18".
  • 1 LEBOND MAKINO: EDNC-106, EDM, 3 axis CNC control. The machining area is 39" x 24" x 15".
  • 1 LEBOND MAKINO: EDNC-64, EDM, 3 axis CNC control. The machining area is 39" x 24" x 15".
  • 1 LEBOND MAKINO: 3040 WIRE, EDM, 4 axis CNC control, with auto threading and a 16x12 machining area.
